FORREST ASHWORTH holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and a Master’s of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. He served almost five years in the U.S. Marine Corps before resigning at the rank of Captain. Forrest moved to Jackson, MS in 1989 where he met his wife Tracy and they were married in 1991. They have 3 children; daughter Lauren (1994), daughter Rachel (1996), and son Walker (2000). He and Tracy live in Madison, MS. Forrest’s career has spanned 35 years covering all aspects of Supply Chain Management, and for the past 10 years, he has served as the Director of Procurement for a large privately held regional telecommunications company headquartered in central Mississippi.

Though he has written extensively over the course of his business career, The Rejected is Forrest’s first published work. He has begun work on a sequel to The Rejected.
