The highly anticipated, action-packed sequel to the breakout dragon novel of 2025, The Last Ember, is here! Perfect for fans of Dragonborn and Impossible Creatures.
Boasting a lush package--stained edges and a new map--Book 2 of the Aerimander Chronicles takes readers to the mysterious Northern Isles, where the crew must rescue a secret society of aerimanders in the craggy mountains.
With Eva locked away in Byrdhaven and Rubi missing, all Dusty can do is avoid capture and (attempt to) sleep through his nightmares in the wake of Cal's death. When fate leads Dusty back to the Lockwood Inn, he overhears the next stage of Eoin Parnassus’ sinister plans for aerimanders, and knows he must do everything in his power to stop it.
Dodging strict nuns, WANTED posters, seasickness, altitude sickness, a clockwork army, and a perilously evil clown on the way, Myrnie, Eva, and Dusty are willing to fight to the ends of the Earth--or at least the edges of their map--to stop Eoin Parnassus, Director of Kingdom Secrets. But Rubi is hiding a shocking truth and Parnassus may pose an even bigger threat than they could ever have imagined. Who can be trusted when secrets lurk around every corner of the Kingdom?
